St George’s Wellbeing project is all about an holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Not only do we encourage people to eat healthier/exercise and to generally lead a healthier lifestyle. We also think it is just as important to ‘feel’ good mentally and emotionally too.
The Wellbeing project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of local people. We provide a wide range of community based activities that cover physical activity/healthy eating and mental wellbeing.
We believe in equality and offer groups/classes for everyone.
